## Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and passionate person to join our team. Good sense of humor a plus! You will support bakery operations by assisting in food prep, producing various bakery items, bread and bun production, maintaining pars, and preparing items from a small breakfast and lunch menu. Starting from $16/hr +tipout ## Duties

• Assist in food preparation and baking activities
• Handle food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, reading recipes, mixing dough and shaping bread and buns
• Provide excellent customer service running food and assisting guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen while adhering to health code
• Support catering orders, bread subscriptions and special requests ## Qualifications
• Prior kitchen/bakery experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently
• Familiarity with sourdough/baking
• Ability to read/follow/scale recipes as well as use a variety of kitchen tools and appliances safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
