Mary's Mountain Cookies in Cheyenne is looking for a friendly, dependable Bakery Associate to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, keeps a clean and organized environment, and can work efficiently in a busy bakery setting. Responsibilities Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Assist customers with cookie and bakery purchases Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately Keep the cookie case fully stocked and attractively displayed Restock products and supplies throughout the store Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions Keep the bakery, sales floor, and work areas clean and organized Follow store procedures for cleanliness, food handling, and customer service Work as part of a team to ensure the bakery runs smoothly Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and dependable Strong customer service skills Comfortable handling money and operating a register Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment Willing to maintain a clean and organized workspace Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with customers, and can be counted on to help keep the store running smoothly.
