Wake House, a lake front coffee & ice cream shop on Lake Martin, is looking for a reliable, friendly and outgoing barista to work our opening weekend shift.

6:30 AM - 2:30

PM Sunday:

6:30 AM - 2:30 PM This is a set schedule every week , so we're looking for someone who can consistently work both days. Reliability is extremely important to us. We're busy on Saturdays and Sundays, so you need to be comfortable working at a fast pace, talking to customers and keeping things moving when there's a line. You'll be responsible for making espresso drinks on our Franke S700 semi-automatic espresso machine , along with soft serve ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes. We're looking for someone who: Has previous coffee/barista experience Is dependable and shows up on time Is friendly, outgoing and good with customers Can handle a busy environment without getting overwhelmed Keeps their work area clean and organized Is comfortable working independently Pay is $10/hour + tips. Our weekend business is heavy and tips are great . If you're looking for additional hours, there may also be an opportunity to pick up food runner shifts at Lake Martin Beach Club , our sister restaurant right next door. This is a great fit for someone who wants a consistent weekend schedule, enjoys working with people and knows their way around coffee.
