Job Description
Job Summary Campus Grounds is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Café Barista / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, preparing quality beverages, handling orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café beverages Operate the POS system and process payments accurately Maintain clean and organized counters, tables, and workstations Restock ingredients, beverages, cups, and café supplies Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Answer customer questions about menu items Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly Assist coworkers during busy service periods Qualifications Previous barista, cashier, café, or customer service experience preferred Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working as part of a team Benefits Full-time employment opportunity Competitive pay Employee discounts, if applicable Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join Campus Grounds?
