Job Description

Barista / Bartender Bottle & Bean is looking for an energetic and reliable Barista/Bartender to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can confidently balance both coffee and bar service. Bottle & Bean offers a unique mix of coffee shop, bar, restaurant, and special event experiences. Our team serves handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, wine, beer, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, as well as food. With a busy calendar of seasonal events and private gatherings, team members should be comfortable working in a lively environment that can quickly shift from everyday service to high-volume events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, wine, beer, cocktails, and other beverages Provide friendly and attentive service to guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and drink offerings Handle transactions and operate the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for special events Work efficiently during high-volume shifts and seasonal events Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards Communicate and work closely with other team members to keep service running smoothly Qualifications Barista, bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must meet Arizona requirements for serving alcoholic beverages Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings energy to the team, takes pride in their work, and can create a welcoming experience whether a guest is stopping in for their morning coffee, meeting friends for drinks, grabbing a bite, or attending one of our special events.
