Job Description :

As a Barista at Coffee Commissary Burbank, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who has a love for coffee and is dedicated to mastering the craft of brewing and serving.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each drink meets Coffee Commissary's quality standards. Maintain a strong understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment to consistently deliver top-quality drinks. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and answering any questions they may have about the menu or coffee offerings. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. Contribute to creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the café. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about specialty coffee. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including closings, weekends and holidays.
