We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team. We're looking for an experienced Barista to keep our cafe running smoothly and who truly cares about the craft- someone who understands espresso dialing-in, shot quality and consistent execution. This role focuses on preparing espresso drinks, supporting cafe preparation, restocking, and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace while keeping service moving efficiently. You'll work alongside the team during busy shifts, follow drink standards and workflows, and help keep the bar running smoothly from open to close. Cleanliness, communication, and teamwork are key. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, music, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to Fan Girl Cafe standards. Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service. Managing POS transactions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, seasonal specials, and coffee offerings. Keep the cafe, bar area, and equipment clean, organized, and fully stocked. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Help create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all guests. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and kindly. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Availability to work mornings, weekends, and closing shifts as needed. Interest in music culture, and pop culture is a plus!

Skills:

Required:

Barista experience in high-volume specialty coffee 1 year minimum required Experience dialing in espresso daily. Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating positive customer experiences. Knowledge in steaming different type of milks, and milk substitutes. Experienced in making latte art. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Capable of multitasking between POS, Espresso and floor maintenance. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-player mentality. Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times. Comfortable working as a solo barista during quiet hours, while maintaining high standards.
