Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience Latte art is a must Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and all classic espresso-based beverages Experience preparing matcha drinks, smoothies, and other specialty beverages Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience using Toast POS systems and handling transactions Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers with questions and orders

Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the café Preparing high-quality coffee, matcha, and smoothie drinks Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and café Providing exceptional customer service Operating the POS system and processing payments Restocking inventory and maintaining supplies Following all food safety and sanitation standards Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and positive environment for our guests We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee and hospitality
