In this role, you will prepare a variety of Taiwanese tea drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages, assist customers with ordering, operate our Toast POS system, and help maintain a clean and organized store. We are looking for friendly, responsible, and efficient team members who enjoy working with customers and can perform well in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service or beverage experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Prepare milk teas, fruit teas, specialty teas, toppings, and other beverages according to TP Tea recipes and standards. Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly customer service. Operate the Toast POS system to process orders, payments, and refunds when necessary. Handle cash and other payment methods accurately. Prepare ingredients, toppings, tea, and other supplies needed for daily operations. Maintain cleanliness of drink stations, equipment, counters, dining areas, and other work areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Restock cups, lids, straws, ingredients, and other supplies as needed. Assist team members during busy periods and help keep store operations running smoothly. Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in a boba shop, café, restaurant, or food-service environment is preferred, but no prior experience is required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using or learning Toast POS.
