This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each customer has an enjoyable experience. As a Tea Barista, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the shop's standards for service and product quality. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of tea drinks and soft serves according to established recipes and quality standards. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service. Operate soft serve and tea-making equipment efficiently and safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and seating areas. Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle payments professionally. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Assist in opening or closing duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role or food/beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with an ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Enthusiasm for working with food and beverages, especially tea drinks and soft serves. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop skills in hospitality while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering delightful treats to customers.
Pay:
