Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable- including working in our kitchens to make food to order Keep our space clean, safe
