Responsibilities Prepare coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to quality Assist with decorating and finishing donuts Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized, attentive service Take orders, prepare drinks and package pastries accurately and efficiently Operate the Square POS system with accuracy Engage with guests and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere Set up and maintain an organized, fully stocked donut display with accurate signage Keep the café and workstations clean, organized and well maintained Follow opening and closing procedures Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts Work collaboratively with the team and proactively assist during busy periods Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Stand for extended periods and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of barista experience required Passion for coffee, hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences Friendly, positive and outgoing personality Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, genuine service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with pride in the quality of your work and workspace Ability to stay calm, focused and professional during busy service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
