MOLLY TEA
is looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and efficient Tea Baristas to join our Glendale team. Tea Baristas are responsible for preparing high-quality tea beverages according to
MOLLY TEA
standards while providing fast, accurate, and welcoming service to every guest. This position requires strong attention to recipe accuracy, product quality, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare tea, milk tea, fruit tea, specialty beverages, toppings, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. Follow proper measurements, preparation procedures, brewing times, temperatures, and presentation standards. Maintain consistent beverage taste, appearance, and quality. Prepare and replenish tea bases, toppings, ingredients, cups, packaging, and workstation supplies. Follow all food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and hygiene procedures. Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area throughout the shift. Accurately read and complete customer orders, including modifications and special requests. Communicate with front-of-house team members to ensure orders are prepared quickly and correctly. Monitor ingredient freshness and notify shift leaders of low inventory or quality concerns. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, restocking, and end-of-shift procedures. Follow proper labeling, storage, FIFO, and waste-control procedures. Help receive and organize inventory deliveries when needed. Support other team members during peak periods. Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests. Follow all

operating procedures and manager instructions. Qualifications Previous beverage, café, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and move supplies commonly used in store operations.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
