Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with cash handling skills and basic math proficiency Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices, to ensure a hygienic environment Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Manage beverage service timing to ensure quick turnaround during busy periods Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall café operations Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with café experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for processing sales and giving correct change Experience with cleaning routines to maintain a tidy work environment Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus Join us in creating a warm, energetic atmosphere where every cup served is an opportunity to delight our guests.
