Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while processing cash transactions with basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Ensure proper food handling and beverage service techniques are followed to uphold food safety regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn!
