Seeking experienced barista! Starting pay $17.50-$21 (based on experience) hourly + tips!! Rahma Roasters is a new coffee shop in Lake Forest that crafts specialty coffee, tea, and matcha beverages. We are looking to add an experienced barista to our team that is customer oriented, self driven, and passionate about creating delicious drinks and amazing experiences.

Position Requirements:

1+ year of specialty coffee experience required . Applicants without experience will not be considered. Over the age of 18 and completed high school. Willing and able to work solo shifts. Reliable, timely, and flexible with scheduling based on store needs. Proactive & independent - able to take initiative without instruction. Able to multitask & maintain a clean, organized work space. Valid Food Handler's Certification required. Willing and able to reach tall shelves and lift 25-50 lb boxes with or without assistance. Willing Able to stand / walk for 4-8 hour shifts and bend, squat, and stretch frequently with or without reasonable accommodation.

Scheduling Requirements:

At least 2 days of weekday (M-Th) closing availability. Closing shifts start as early as 1:30 pm and end as late as 9:30 pm. Open Friday availability required. At least 1 day of open weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday). Closed most federal holidays.

Position hours:

8-24 per week depending on company needs. Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Pay:

$17.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
