EXPERIENCED BARISTA Hideout Coffee - Monrovia, CA We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly barista to join the Hideout Coffee team. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, takes pride in making quality drinks, and provides great customer service. What We're Looking For Previous barista experience strongly preferred Experience with espresso machines and dialing in espresso Knowledge of espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, chai, and specialty drinks Friendly and confident with customers Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to work efficiently during busy periods Keeps a clean and organized workspace Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Weekend availability preferred Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, chai, and seasonal beverages while maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Take customer orders, operate the POS, maintain a clean bar and café, restock supplies, and help create a welcoming experience for every customer. Schedule Part-time and/or full-time opportunities available. Weekend availability is a plus.
