Whether you're preparing specialty drinks or managing transactions, your positive attitude and dedication will shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming café atmosphere Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling duties with accuracy using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and serving stations Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Prior barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is preferred Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
