Part-time / Full-time Overview Join our vibrant team as a Barista and become the heart of a welcoming boba tea experience! In this lively role, you'll craft delicious beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a warm atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea, fruit tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair, following recipe standards Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and transactions accurately Maintain strict sanitation procedures and food safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and customers Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Keep work areas tidy, organized, and compliant with sanitation procedures throughout your shift Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours and support overall store operations Attend staff meetings and assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
