We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Barista & Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages. Operate a commercial espresso machine confidently and efficiently. Properly steam and texture milk for lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Learn our breakfast and lunch menu, including ingredients, to assist customers with questions. Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Keep the coffee bar, cashier area, and equipment clean and organized. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service. Qualifications Recent barista experience is required. Must have hands-on experience using a commercial espresso machine. Must know how to prepare common espresso-based drinks and properly steam milk. Cashier or customer service experience is preferred. Friendly, positive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
