Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our vibrant café team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every guest through exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support the overall café operation Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous barista experience or background in food service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Café experience or retail sales experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality Join us to craft exceptional coffee experiences while building your career in a lively, supportive environment!
