Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality standards in beverage preparation and service Qualifications Previous food service or café experience is preferred; familiarity with beverage service is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy hours Experience with coffee preparation or barista duties is highly desirable; previous cashiering experience is beneficial Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great coffee meets exceptional service!
