Duties Prepare a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide personalized beverage recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety guidelines Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during beverage preparation and food service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred; café experience is a plus Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Time management skills to prioritize duties during peak hours effectively Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating refreshing experiences for our guests!
