Part-Time Barista —

Qisa Coffee Overview:

Join Qisa Coffee as a Part-Time Barista and help create a welcoming experience for every customer. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys great coffee, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to Qisa Coffee standards Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Answer menu questions and provide product recommendations Operate espresso machines and other café equipment safely and properly Process transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain a clean and organized café, including customer, service, and work areas Follow food-handling, sanitation, health, and safety procedures Restock ingredients, cups, merchandise, and other supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Work cooperatively with coworkers and management, especially during busy periods Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time and ready to work Assist with additional duties as needed to support café operations

Skills & Qualifications:

Barista, espresso machine, or POS experience is required Friendly and professional customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures Attention to detail and organization Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Previous café, restaurant, food-service, or retail experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn about Qisa Coffee's menu and products
