Pay is 17 plus tips we usually get over $2/ hour so with tips it will be around $19/ hour We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Barista / Team Member to join our juice bar team. This role requires morning availability and a flexible schedule, as many current staff members are students. Applicants must be able to help cover shifts when needed. This is a very fast-paced work environment, and team members must be comfortable staying busy throughout the shift while maintaining a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Preparing smoothies, juices, and other beverages Taking customer orders and providing friendly customer service Dishwashing and maintaining a clean workspace Sweeping and mopping the entire store Taking out trash Cleaning and maintaining the bathroom Assisting with ingredient and food prep Supporting the team during busy periodsbeverages according to standard recipes. Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Juice Bar, including the dining area, counter space, and equipment. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies, and food items Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, Juice Bar or café environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. A genuine interest in barista and beverage preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
