MISSION VALLEY LOCATION IN SAN DIEGO, CA!

We are seeking dedicated hard workers with a passion for customer care, who thrive in a fast paced environment, and a positive can do attitude! Team Members earn a base hourly wage plus participation in a shared tip pool. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests Serving/scooping our delicious gelato and making espresso-based drinks Maintain cleanliness of showcase, lobby, patio area, take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs, and restock supplies Learn allergens and nutrition of gelato to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed Operate POS register to complete customer transactions Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information Qualifications 1+ years of Customer Service in Food & Beverage Industry A passion for making people happy and customer care Team player with a positive can-do attitude Reliable and punctual A passion for Gelato!
