Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle retail sales transactions with precision, including cash handling and processing cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling surfaces, equipment, and customer seating areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall café operations and beverage service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
