Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Ensure that all food handling and safety guidelines are followed
• Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
• Proficiency in operating a POS system, such as Aloha POS
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
