Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Operate POS systems such as Square to process sales swiftly and accurately Prepare coffee beverages, teas, and light food items following established recipes and safety standards Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and front-of-house stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality service Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation to ensure a smooth café operation Experience Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Experience in the food industry or retail environment is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
