Barista / Cashier — Ryan Bros Café, Navy Location Must be available to work most weekends. Ryan Bros Café is hiring a barista/cashier for our Navy location. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, is friendly with customers, and helps the team when things get busy. Previous coffee or food service experience is preferred. What you'll do Take orders, answer menu questions, and ring up purchases. Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages using our recipes. Help with food prep and serving orders. Handle cash and card payments accurately. Keep the café clean, including equipment, counters, and seating areas. Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift. Help with opening and closing duties. Work with the team to get orders out correctly and on time. What we're looking for Must provide a valid San Diego County food handler certificate upon hire. Availability to work most weekends . Reliable attendance and punctuality. A friendly attitude and willingness to pitch in. Ability to stay organized during a rush. Basic cash handling and POS skills. Knowledge of food safety and proper cleaning procedures. Ability to meet requirements for access to the Navy installation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular cleaning duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. To apply, send your résumé and availability.
