Job Description
Host / Barista - Part-TimeJob We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Host / Barista to join our team! This position is primarily focused on creating a welcoming experience for our guests while also preparing coffee and beverages during morning service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude Manage seating, waitlists, and reservations Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized restaurant Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, and other beverages Take orders and operate Clover POS Handle cash and transactions accurately Assist with pastries and light food preparation Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work closely with servers and management to keep service running smoothly Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous hosting or barista experience preferred, but not required Basic understanding of an espresso machine is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge is a plus
