About the Position A Little Tea San Dimas is looking for part-time team members to join our new location. Previous boba or food service experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Prepare boba drinks and other beverages according to recipes and store standards Take customer orders and operate the POS system Prepare ingredients and toppings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Restock supplies as needed Provide friendly and efficient customer service Work together with team members in a fast-paced environment Qualifications No experience required; boba, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn Able to work well with others Flexible availability is preferred Weekend availability is a plus Pay & Training Training pay: $17.50/hour Pay increases to $18.50/hour after passing both bar and kitchen assessments Training is paid

Important:

Our San Dimas location is currently under construction. Before the store opens, training will take place at one of our existing locations in Rowland Heights, San Gabriel, or Pasadena, depending on availability and convenience.

Pay:

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
