We take pride in serving the high quality ceremonial grade matcha beverages, crafted by our own recipes, along with premium bento boxes. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, to take Komeya further and grow together. Work schedule Part-time or Full-time ( weekend availability needed.) Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of matcha specialty beverages with precision and consistency Provide efficient and friendly service to every guest Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Require 1-2 shift per week to assist in the kitchen with food assembling, packing, and bagging. Requirements Barista or related experience preferred but not required, as long as you are a fast learner. Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems operations is a plus. Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace work environment. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
