Job Overview We're looking for friendly, energetic Boba Tea Barista Store Team Members to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand—creating delicious drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep our store running smoothly. Duties Prepare a variety of bubble tea and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments accurately. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food handling, beverage preparation areas, and equipment sanitation. Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling practices to ensure quality and compliance. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards. Support team members with daily tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning workstations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, café work, or retail sales transactions is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing register operations. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, especially bubble tea or coffee experience, is desirable. Excellent time management skills to stay organized during busy shifts.
