• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to Playback standards
• Deliver thoughtful, welcoming hospitality to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar
• Follow company guidelines for quality, safety, and service
• Work collaboratively with teammates and shift leads
• Occasionally cover shifts as agreed upon
• Lift and carry coffee or boxes up to 25 lbs as needed
