We strive to provide our customers with not only excellent drinks and outstanding service, but also get it all in a fun and cozy atmosphere. More importantly we are looking for someone with a great personality who is retail/customer service oriented. We are looking for a team member who is hard working, dedicated, responsible, can lead themselves, and help others. Someone who is also great with customers, with a positive attitude. At this time we are looking for all day availability.

Required Qualifications:

Weekday, weekend & MID-WEEK morning and early evening availability Flexibility in scheduling, we don't mind accounting for other commitments but are expecting 3-4 shifts a week MUST be staying in Santa Barbara throughout the Summer, all Holidays, and be available to work during the school year. This is NOT a seasonal job!

availability Someone with coffee experience would be appreciated, but not required. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to work as soon as hired. While coffee house experience will make immediate training easier, we are able and willing to train the right individual! This can be an incredible, fulfilling position with the right attitude! • Utilize cash handling skills to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
• Utilize coffee experience to prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to meet customer preferences.
• Apply barista experience to create high-quality espresso drinks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
