The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional and consistent coffee, communicate effectively with team members, and enhance the guest experience through product quality. As a Barista you will prepare and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Duties & Functions:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, matcha, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times Dial espresso grinders throughout service to maintain optimal espresso quality Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment in accordance with operational standards Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the coffee station Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety and health regulations Communicate effectively with servers and support staff to ensure timely beverage preparation and delivery to guests Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed throughout service Provide courteous, professional, and prompt service to guests and team members Assist with additional Food & Beverage duties and responsibilities as assigned
