Take customer orders and use the register/POS system. Greet customers and provide friendly service. Answer questions about the menu and help customers choose items. Keep the café, counters, tables, and equipment clean. Handle cash and card payments and give the correct change. Help prepare food when needed. Follow food safety and cleanliness rules. Work quickly and efficiently during busy times. Make sure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly.
