Overview:

Elevate the beverage experience at Louma bakery as a Specialty Coffee Barista. We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual craft exceptional coffee, matcha and tea beverages. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the diverse and high-quality beverage offerings in our artisanal bakery.

Responsibilities:

Coffee & Espresso CraftingPrepare a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and signature creations. Dial in espresso multiple times a day.

Maintain consistently high standards of coffee quality, flavor, and presentation.

Matcha and Tea PreparationPrepare matcha, hojicha, and herbal teas.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the matcha preparation area.

Customer ServiceDeliver friendly, personalized service while taking and fulfilling beverage orders.

Share knowledge about coffee origins, brewing methods, and juice offerings to enhance the customer experience.

Cleanliness & OrganizationKeep coffee and juice preparation areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards when handling beverages and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of barista experience, with hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction and pour-over methods.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
