Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as clover POS, process cash and card transactions efficiently Serve food items promptly and professionally, maintaining food safety and handling protocols at all times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Provide friendly, attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Manage retail sales transactions accurately while promoting menu items to enhance sales opportunities Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for processing transactions Experience in food service or café environments with knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing sales totals Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Barista experience is preferred, along with familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and beverage service best practices
