Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive seating assistance and accomdation Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast or Clover, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Prepare and serve your own drinks from lattes to mimosas Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and sanitation. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy brunch hours, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling or prep tasks when needed. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations. Experience 2+ years Barista experience required Previous experience in restaurant environments is required, especially in upscale casual settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Clover Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting are essential to ensure accuracy in transactions.
