Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, juices, and other plant based & gluten free items Operate POS system Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote menu offerings. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food handling areas, equipment, and dining space, adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients for smoothies and ensuring quality standards are met. Support beverage service and drink presentation to ensure each guest receives a delightful experience. Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Contribute to a team environment by assisting colleagues during busy periods and maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications Previous barista or café experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Clover Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively. Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to ensure smooth daily operations. Pay is $16.90 per hour, plus approximately $4-$8 per hour in tips, bringing the estimated total to $20.90-$24.90 per hour.
