We're looking for experienced baristas who already understand the fundamentals and want to grow with a shop that values standards and teamwork. Duties Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and other menu items to shop standards Provide friendly, efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness of bar, equipment, and workstations Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with the team during peak hours Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Barista experience or background in coffee and food service is preferred Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming environment Good time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings and/or weekends Comfortable working with espresso machines and grinders Basic latte art skills (or actively working on it) Strong understanding of drink recipes, milk steaming, and workflow Nice to Have Experience dialing in espresso Speed and accuracy during rushes Interest in coffee education and improving skills Familiarity with Square POS Why Work With Us Supportive team culture Consistent standards Opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities Tips Staff drinks and employee perks Apply through Indeed with your resume.
