Answer customers questions regarding ingredients. Assist with their beverages orders using POS system as needed. Manage customer orders efficiently while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences of sugar ratios) through food service customer order management systems, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages following safety and sanitation standards Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management practices, sanitation protocols, and general cleanliness standards. Receive and process payments (credit cards) Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Experience Previous experience in boba tea shop or coffee shop is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and restaurant service roles. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Proven customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
