ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations Deliver exceptional, high-energy customer service to every guest. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Learn and master the Square POS system for order entry, payment processing, and guest interactions. Accurately handle customer orders and maintain attention to detail. Food Preparation Learn and prepare all menu items according to company standards, including: Smoothies Fresh juices Acai bowls Oatmeal Toasts Perform stocking shifts, including: Precision fruit and vegetable cutting Topping preparation Ingredient organization and stocking Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards. Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times. Participate in thorough daily deep cleaning of the entire store. Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, dining areas, storage areas, and restrooms. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Teamwork Support fellow team members during busy periods. Assist with opening, closing, and operational tasks as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. RequirementsReliability & Attendance (Most Important) Must demonstrate exceptional reliability and dependability. Must maintain 100% punctuality and arrive ready to work for every scheduled shift. Must be committed to fulfilling all scheduled work obligations. Zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. Must communicate professionally and responsibly regarding scheduling needs. We are looking for team members who take ownership of their responsibilities and can be counted on consistently. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one upon hire. Must follow all health code, sanitation, safety, and grooming standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift. Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs., including produce boxes and inventory.
