Pay:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced barista to join our crew at Edgewater Public Market. Our goal is to provide top-notch coffee drinks and impeccable customer service in a fun, young environment. If you are passionate about coffee, have a positive attitude, and love working in a fast-paced setting, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Whip up a variety of delicious coffee drinks Become proficient in pastry talk Keep your work area clean and organized Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner handle cash transactions and keep the register balanced Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to the letter Have a sense of urgency follow recipes for coffee bar items and keep your station stocked Participate in regular training sessions and continuously improve your barista skills

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks, brewing methods Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a steam Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Passion for coffee and a positive attitude We offer a fun and dynamic work environment, competitive pay, opportunities for growth and advancement.
