Rupert's is looking to add to our bar/barista staff. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, quick on their feet and loves to provide outstanding service to their customers. • You have bartending and/or barista experience
• You are on time What you will be doing:
• Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
• Follow steps of service that include suggesting food and beverage choices you enjoy and informing the guest of any special we are running
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment and help maintain a clean restaurant
• Check on your guests regularly and ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service..
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Follow service standards for table service and assist with seating, phone answering, busing and running food as needed.

Be flexible and help cover other FOH positions if needed Schedules may vary and start as early as 6:30 am and run as late as 4 pm We are looking for just Thursday / Friday / Saturday as a set schedule with opportunities to pick up other shifts.

Wages:

$20 to $30 + per hour with tips
