Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Shift4 to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and recommend products to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including food prep stations, beverage stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using proper cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed. Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Experience Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques in a café or retail setting. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure smooth operations. Pay:

$15.61 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 32.0 per week
