Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, and general tidiness Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks to meet quality standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while upholding food safety standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong attention to detail in food handling, cleanliness, and beverage presentation Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food preparation procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great coffee moments!
