Key Responsibilities Beverage Crafting:
Prepare and serve specialty espresso drinks, coffees, teas, fresh-pressed juices, and smoothies adhering to strict quality and presentation standards.
Sandwich Bar Support:
Assist with assembling gourmet sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go offerings as needed during peak hours.
Customer Service:
Greet every guest with warmth, take accurate orders, and offer menu recommendations with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Station Maintenance:
Keep the espresso bar, juice/blender station, and display areas impeccably clean, fully stocked, and sanitized throughout your shift.
Food Safety & Compliance:
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous experience as a barista, juice bar attendant, or in a fast-paced food service/cafe environment is preferred (though we are willing to train the right enthusiastic candidate!).
Attitude:
Outgoing, friendly, and reliable with a natural ability to connect with customers.
Multitasking:
Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure during busy morning rushes.
Flexibility:
Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
